There is GREAT news for the Republic tonight! Finally, a judge who understands that we are a nation of laws, not of men, and the Constitution is the SUPREME LAW of the LAND!
Judge David O. Carter
is standing true to his oath and will give a fair hearing on the merits to Keyes et al v. Obama et al. This is a time for celebration if for nothing else than the fact that it is sure to expose more people to the truth behind Obama. Judge Carter, a former active duty marine who earned both the Bronze Star and a Purple Heart in Vietnam, is known for being a straight shooter and is not easily intimidated.
Attorney for Allen Keys, Dr. Orly Taitz, earlier this evening reported to Worldnet Daily that the Judge“said as a former Marine he recognizes the importance of having a constitutionally qualified president.
While no attorneys appeared on Obama's behalf, several members of the U.S. Attorney's office in California were in attendance, and sought to intervene on behalf of Obama over his actions before becoming president.
The judge ordered them to accept service of the lawsuit immediately and then continued the case to an unannounced date.”
